Dear God,

I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ.

I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I repent for my sins and the life that I have lived.

I humbly ask for Your forgiveness, Lord.

I believe You Jesus are the Son of God and Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I now turn away from my sins.

It says in your Word that if I confess that Jesus is Lord and believe in my heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, I shall be saved.

Right now I confess Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word I am saved.

Amen.
